St. Jacobs Farmers' Market has seasonal special events at the all year round. There are kids' rides for younger children during fair weather and live animals to see. Market days are year round on Thursday and Saturday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.. Also Tuesday Summer market June 19-Aug. 28, 2007 - 8 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.. Click here for information about the Sunday Market - a perfect family excursion! Open Saturday too 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. all year and Sunday from March until December - 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
In the Village of St. Jacobs: Museums at The Mill : Located on King Street across from Riverworks Shops, see The Maple Syrup Museum and The Quilt Gallery. Admission by donation. Visit the Model Train Exhibit on the fourth floor of the Mill. The Visitor Centre Telling the Mennonite Story at 1406 King St.N. Admission by donation. Watch artisans at work in their studios located mainly in the northwest corner of the village in the Silo Shops, The Mill, and The Mill Shed. • Park and play area on Parkside Drive, at the north end of the Village of St. Jacobs.. |
