Jacobs Catering looks forward to providing you with professional
catering services for your every event. While each function has
its own special needs, some general guidelines are outlined below
to assist you in your planning.
Guaranteed Numbers
Final numbers for all events must be confirmed 48 hours prior to
your function. If final numbers are not received by this time, the
previously estimated count will be considered to be the final number,
and the invoice will reflect this. The customer will be charged
for the final number or the number served, which ever is greater.
Serving Time
A definite serving time must be finalized at the time of confirmation
of the final numbers (48 hours prior to the event). An additional
charge will be added where meals are delayed by the client for more
that 30 minutes. The allotted serving time for a catered meal will
be no longer than two and one half hours, excluding set-up time.
An additional fee will be added if the meal exceeds this time.
Deposits and Cancellations
A deposit to secure the date of a function will be discussed at
the time of booking. Cancellation of a function must be received
at least four weeks prior to the scheduled event. Deposits are refundable
only when the Stone Crock is able to re-book an event on that day.

Delivery
Delivery to your location is provided free of charge for any full
service catering within Waterloo Region (groups of 30 or more people).
Should you wish your food to be delivered and no service is required,
a delivery fee of $50.00 for a minimum of 25 people will be in effect.
Beverage Service
We have an L.L.B.O. Catering Endorsement and can serve all your
beverage needs. We also have experienced certified bartenders.
Off-Site Catering
St. Jacobs Catering would
be delighted to cater any event you may have. You may take any menu
featured in this package and have it brought to the location of
your choice for an additional charge.
