| CHURCH THEATRE TRUNK SHOW Thursday May 27, 2010: 2 shows - 2:30 and 7:30 p.m. Featuring: Guest Artist: Martha Schellingerhoud of Aurora Martha's trunk show features approximately 25 of her quilts - miniatures and large quilts that are created using a regular household sewing machine. Included in the show is a brief demonstration on how the large quilts are done on a home sewing machine using a technique called "quilting in sections". Martha has entered numerous quilts in competitions throughout Ontario, winning many ribbons including the Ontario Juried Show in the miniature category in 2006. Martha is a member of the Region of York quilters Guild.
