Quilting is an integral part of the region's heritage, so it is fitting that  we're known as "The Quilt Capital of Canada".

In addition to fine shops and galleries that cater to quilt enthusiasts year around,

May marks the time when the communities of St. Jacobs, Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge & New Hamburg

come together to host a variety of exceptional events (known formerly as the Waterloo County & Area Quilt Festival).

Dates and hours for these events vary, so please check details carefully and plan to attend them all!
